An Introduction to Scott Crisp: Dallas Comedian and First ETO Contributing Writer

Hello, Escapees. As one of the new guys around these parts, I figured I should introduce myself a little, so as to avoid questions like, “Hey, who’s that guy?” and “Hey, what is that guy doing here?” and “Hey, I don’t know that guy.” My name is Scott Crisp, and I’m a writer and a stand-up comic living here in Dallas. I’m fascinated by confusing music videos, pop history and the two Golden Ages of professional wrestling (c.1989-c.1994, c.1996-c.2001). Ty Griffin and I met while working as mercenaries, attempting to track down the South American drug lords that kidnapped my daughter, Alyssa Milano. Okay, that was a lie based on the plot of the movie “Commando.” Ty and I met at a party or something. Anyway, I’ll be writing here on the ETO blog from time to time.
